This is everything I ever wanted out of 3D Sonic the Hedgehog. Introducing to Sonic GDK, GHP Act 2 introduces Mach State, a blast of speed from your momentum gained that pulls in the capability for continuing to run on walls and all kinds of other crazy stunts. To add to this kind of experience, they brought in something a little similar to the boost but far closer to the origins of the boost function. It was an open world with a lot to offer, maybe even too much considering the sense of directionless aiming here and there.
